This project explores the symbolism of the sun, a powerful cultural icon across South America, often associated with strength, warmth, and renewal.

Inspired by the challenges of quarantine, I designed a self-care brochure intended as a gentle reminder to prioritize rest and well-being. Though not a medical guide, the content is grounded in research and presented with care.

The final piece is envisioned as a small, thoughtful booklet—something a friend might keep nearby as a daily prompt to nurture their inner light.
